they bought a core membership to renew their acc but it didn't get applied and they stayed a basic member, so when they contacting da's staff they tried pretending not to understand english n stuff to get away scratch free

...that's what i was told, by one of their friends. they were generally unhappy with the site anyway, sooooo ;w;
